Tuesday 9-28-10

I was back in class today. We discussed how to create texture in drawings and discussed the SHOE drawings that we will begin on BLOCK DAY. Starting BLOCK DAY the same shoe needs to be in class for at least a week. Bring the show OR continue to wear it daily until I tell you otherwise. We will take our shoes off to draw them...placing tehm on the desk.

Today in class I collected the line drawings that were due yesterday - as I instructed the sub not to collect them. We worked on the contour drawing/full value shading of the hand that you did in class while I was away.

The shading worksheet is due on Monday 10-4-10. No time will be given to continue it in class.

All outstanding Scholastics are due Monday 10-11-10.

We will work on a contour drawing of your shoe and a shade full value of the same shoe. The rubric will be attached to the website and passed out in class on Block Day this week.

Next project...works with color again!!
